DO I NEED A VIDEO SWITCHER AT MY EVENT?

It depends on what you want the video display to look like. Without a switcher, the TV display or projector will show exactly what is on the laptop screen that is used to play the media. So, if multiple programs are used at the meetings, the video display will show you closing programs down, opening up other programs and everything going on on your computer desktop. With our video switching equipment, we control what is on the screen. If we need to open another program, we can display your logo, or an image or video while we open up PowerPoint presentations or other applications that you want to show.
