CREATIVE THEMED EVENTS

ELEMENTS AWARDS SHOW:
For this “Elements”-themed awards ceremony, we transformed the venue with an immersive lobby rainforest, a dramatic fog-curtain entrance and an outdoor-inspired event environment featuring a 15-foot moon, more than 20,000 fiber-optic stars, video walls and mixed-media scenic elements.
VOODOO PARTY:
For this voodoo-themed celebration for Route, we transformed an ordinary venue into an immersive New Orleans bayou with themed décor, atmospheric lighting, voodoo performers and a casino party. The evening featured a time-coded thunderstorm across the ceiling, followed by a surprise New Orleans-style flash-mob parade through the event.

We are proud to be the exclusive producer of conferences for Intermountain Health. We provide comprehensive planning and production, including IMAG, video walls, audio, lighting, video switching and show calling, bringing every technical and creative element together into one seamless experience.
SALT AWARDS:
Each year, we produce Visit Salt Lake’s SALT Awards, an unforgettable awards show celebrating Utah’s leading hospitality and event professionals. In addition to complete audiovisual production and show planning, we produce the event’s entertainment, including performers, choreography, and every element of the live show. AND, we won a SALT AWARD this year for Best Use of Technology in Events
1920s AWARD CEREMONY:
For this 1920s Great Gatsby-themed awards ceremony, we provided complete audiovisual production, show calling, large video walls and live entertainment, followed by a speakeasy-style casino after-party
UNDERGROUND AWARDS CEREMONY:
This creative client envisioned an underground, urban (yet formal) awards ceremony. In addition to audio-visual services for their presentations, we provided a kinetic light walkway, graffiti, unique photo experiences, and more.

NIGHT SKY WEDDING:
MOUNTAIN BEACH WEDDING
For this Park City wedding, we transformed a country club pool into an elegant beach setting surrounded by the mountains. We carpeted the entire beach area and engineered a ceremony platform that appeared to float above the pool, supported by a custom underwater structure. The production also included suspended florals and lighting, a disco-ball reveal, lighting, sound, backline, draping, hedge walls, seating displays, and other custom-designed elements.
