Check out this fun and creative event we produced for VITL Solar! Their theme was outdoor/elements. We created a rainforest in the lobby area complete with hundreds of trees, hedges, plants and animal sounds. Guests then walked through our purple flower wall and fog curtain into the main session room which featured a 15 foot in diameter moon, thousands of individually placed fiberoptic light stars, video walls and starry night themed main session room. We then did all the AV, production, video switching and show calling for their session. What a memorable event!

We LOVED providing our tall marble columns, digital displays, red velour drape, digital displays and low lying fog effects for this Venetian Masquerade Gala for the WIPA organization!

This two-story launch party was full of our fun activities, entertainment, performers, decor and lighting (including our LED dance floor and Astera pixel tube lights)

Western Company Event

This speakeasy event was the bees knees. We installed our bookshelf with a hidden door for guests to really feel as though they entered a speakeasy, which we filled with 1920s decor and entertainment.

We loved producing the Salt Awards for Visit Salt Lake. This year was a Greatest Showman theme. We provided world class entertainers, designed and built an elaborate circus themed stage, provided roaming performers and ran their program and AV

KubeCon convention was a HUGE endeavor that brought thousands of people to the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City! We provide a ton of decor and activations including a video gaming area that incorporated our large video walls and arcade games, a winter themed area where we brought our street curling game, ski lift photo booth, full size light bright, a bunch of winter themed scenic pieces and a kids area full of Legos, Sketchbots and more!

This client is so fun! They love to think out of the box. This awards gala was formal with an urban twist. We provided a light tunnel entrance, our kinetic moving LED disco balls, lots of neon decor and a very cool looking stage in addition to running their program and all AV!
